This is where I write things down.

I’m Eduardo. I run and grow a small portfolio of companies — TeleCajas (B2B packaging in Spain), Enviplus, Interlingo, and a few others taking shape. None is a venture-scale startup. They’re real businesses with real customers, payroll, returns, and quarterly taxes.

I’m not a programmer by trade. I’m an operator who decided in 2025 to rebuild how I work around AI as a multiplier. Not as a marketing slogan — out of necessity. I’m the bottleneck of everything I run, and the only way to do more without hiring an army is to delegate to agents that already understand my context.

This blog exists for one reason: to write down what I learn while doing this. Not in essay form, not as 10-tips listicles, not as inspirational content. Short notes — 200 to 400 words — with real numbers and real decisions, including the ones that didn’t work.
